Terms and Conditions for SEHC Electrical Services

 

Scope of Services - SEHC Electrical Services agrees to provide electrical services as requested by the client. These services may include installation, repair, maintenance, and consultation on electrical systems.

 

Customer Responsibilities - It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the work area is clear and accessible prior to the arrival of SEHC Electrical Services technicians. This includes moving furniture, clearing the area of obstacles, and covering any valuables or sensitive items that may be affected during the provision of services. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges for the time required to prepare the work area.

 

Quotes and Estimates - All quotes and estimates provided by SEHC Electrical Services are based on the information provided by the client and are subject to change if additional work is required. Any changes will be communicated and approved by the client before proceeding.

 

Payment Terms Payment - is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees or interest charges, If payment terms are not met S E H C Electrical Services reserve the right add 10% additional charge which will be resent 7days after first invoice with the new amount due, any discounts, special offers and promotions will be forfeited and reinstated to the invoice, The customer shall be liable to pay all costs, fees, disbursements and charges including legal fees and costs reasonably incurred by the client in the recovery of any unpaid invoices regardless of the value of the claim.

 

Exclusions -

• Clearing and / or moving of furniture and other items blocking access to work areas are not included and are the customers responsibility.

• Except where detailed, builders work (creating of holes larger than 50mm diameter, creating of support structures, etc.) are not included, except as outlined in 1d, and e above.

• Re-decoration, plastering chases and making good is excluded from quoted costs, unless specifically detailed as included.

• Removal from site and disposal of rubble, fittings, wiring, materials, general waste and packaging is not included.

 

Cancellation Policy - Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee up to 50% of the valued work.

 

Warranty - SEHC Electrical Services warrants all workmanship and materials used in providing services for a period of 12 Months from the date of completion. Any defects arising during this period will be repaired free of charge, provided the client has adhered to proper usage and maintenance guidelines.

 

Liability - SEHC Electrical Services shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the client’s misuse or mishandling of electrical systems. Clients are responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of their electrical systems with local regulations.

 

Indemnification Clients - agree to indemnify and hold harmless SEHC Electrical Services and its employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the client’s use of the services provided.

 

Intellectual Property - Any designs, plans, or intellectual property developed by SEHC Electrical Services in the course of providing services shall remain the property of SEHC Electrical Services Until payment complete or unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

Confidentiality - SEHC Electrical Services agrees to keep all client information and project details confidential, except as required by law.

 

Dispute Resolution - Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

 

Modification - of Terms SEHC Electrical Services reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.

 

Acceptance By engaging the services of SEHC Electrical Services, the client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
